I’ve had a negative experience with a takeaway order I had placed. Contacting support lead to them calling my phone number which then had no sound, they then closed off the support chat due to no sound on call, I can longer contact for a refund and am left very dissatisfied and down $76 on chicken and fries I had thrown out.
The most useless customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I paid and was given the wrong burger from McDonald's. I told support. Another courier came and gave the wrong burger again so I gave it back to him. In the end, my money was taken and I did not receive the burger. The support team did not help.
Worst user interface. You need to go back two major updates. This review will save your business. Again…. WORST UI ever
