Yes Rewards by ENOC

I'm really disappointed with enoc because I've collected around 78 aed, and I can't redeem anything because the company thinks I'm a business which is dumb and they have blocked my account Adnoc all the way lol Zero stars if I could

The app is always showing something went wrong Not able to redeem my reward points. No one is responding to the email as well Worst app

How can i change the pasaword dosent work ..

Its very bad app , staff they are not adding the code , it should be scanned better, 2-3 time i fuel my car and easier they out wrong code or they didn’t put at all

App not working, cant open and no rewards are counting

Since iPhone 15 was launched and we installed iOS17 this app is not working . I have msg written down “ something went wrong . We are working on it” . Which is not allowed u to give 4 digits to guys on the petrol stations and your visits passing without points !!! so imagine from 2023 till today is end of Nov 2024 , the team of this app haven’t fixed anything . I have sent couple of emails , but it was waste of time !!! They haven’t done anything !!!!!

However, due to these recurring issues, I find myself reconsidering my loyalty to ENOC for fueling, car washing, and oil change services.
