The app barely ever works, especially when trying to get points for petrol. If you request for help from their customer service you get no reply. Pointless app. Complete waste of time.

Stupid app. Does not even generate PIN when I fill petrol. Then what is the point of this stupid app?? It says “something went wrong*

The person ENOC registered me in the petrol station. However now when I try to log in it says my phone number is already registered. But I can’t get the email they have used for me. I have tried ringing & email to rectifying this problem with no success.

Not worth it, waste of time. Petrol spend points are never linked, have to constantly follow up with an email / call to the service desk. Waste of time to try, not worth it 😒

The app barely ever works, especially when trying to get points for petrol. I tried to log out and back in again to see if that helped and lost 57 aed worth of points. Now it just won’t work at all. Complete waste of time.

I’ve tried registering but the code is not sent or extremely delayed at which point the code is no longer valid. Complete waste of time and will be deleting this app as I can’t even register. Zero stars if there was that option.

It keeps logging out, and even when entering the password it lags to send the codes. I will be deleting it and I don’t recommend it

The app is not working from the past one month for me. Whenever I open the app it says “Something went wrong and we are working on it”. They are working for one month and couldn’t solve the issue. That’s disappointing.
