Complicating healthcare
The app is not user friendly, the delivery time is too long, my prescription will take more than 28 hours to be reviewed and delivered, does not give easy access to request support or to speak to customer service, been trying to dispense my medication from a contracted pharmacy but the prescription is not showing at their side, and there is no way for it to show.
Execution is so bad
Pharmacies are executing prescriptions in a very bad experience. Too much time wasted in the process and always items missing
Useless
Order status will remain the same, when you click “help” you only have “cancel order” and when calling the hotline it says use the app 24 hours and no medicine delivery.. useless app

عملت اوردر لعلاج جايبلي انه هايجيلي تاني يوم 😂😂 حقيقي delivery السوبر ماركت افضل وأسرع من الخدمه بتاعتكم ولما ندخل علي get help guess what إلغاء الطلب عشان انت عميل ملكش لازمه عندما شكرا يوداوي انتم أسوء مثال لخدمه عملاء ومقدم خدمه في التاريخ
Bad service
Bad application can’t communicate with customer service
Extremely do not recommend
Very bad service It can take 2 or 3 days until u receive the medication. Very bad customer support team .. they make fake excuses also they make wrong calculations for the quantities and cancel ur order with reason “ it has been cancelled upon your request”. if you need help by calling the hotline you won’t reach them at all

Bad experience
I had a disappointing experience with the Yodawy app.Today, I placed an order ([Order ID: XXX]), which was delayed by 6 hrs Despite following up multiple times, the issue was not resolved promptly. This caused delays in receiving urgent medcine I expected better service from Yodawy. Please work on improving delivery timelines and customer support responses. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to prevent similar issues in the future.”
