Update doesn’t work still having problems to log in after 1 week tried with different devices same problem

Bearing in mind most stuff couriers deliver haven’t paid for a time slot ,, perhaps you should add it so if you go to deliver a parcel EARLY it should warn you as you then don’t pay us for that delivery

Add Waze to navigation please

Need to add support for the TomTom and co-pilot app because google and Apple are hopeless. Need support to run app session over multiple devices to help streamline process. Need the facility to show drops near you so you know what’s in the area that was missed when planning. Need to remove the stop screen for wrong barcodes and just give a visual/audio warning. Change the confirm button at the bottom from a large bar to just a circle button to stop accidental confirmations while loading and collecting. Would be helpful if you could use the app for navigation. Would be helpful if app remembers photos taken during deliveries so it not erased if delivery option is accidentally changed. When manually changing stop orders, firstly stop the stop label popping up to streamline process, also having access to satellite map can help better visualise route access points.

It’s clear that no developer or member of Yodel management has ever driven a car for a living or used this bobbins app. ‘Updates’ make the app worse than it was previously. Your phone rings it crashes, you use GPS it crashes. No other app that I (or anyone I speak to) is as half arsed as this one. The developers must be laughing their heads off for the amount of money they’ve stolen from Yodel.

This app is good but can be better. If you have audio playing in the background and you scan a barcode it will stop the audio and you have to manually put it back on. Also please put Waze navigation app as that is what I use. Other then that great app!

I like the app gives lots of freedom for the user. But I would like to see some improvements. I hate that there is no live map while delivering. As you can see only the next stop on the map. Why? Even amazon app has it and that’s save’s so much time. Like other day I gad a little town with just 10 drops and the main road was closed. So I had 5 drops in one side of the town and 5 in the other gues wha i had to go 5 times through diversion route which each time cost me 20min just because I can’t know where is other stops. It would be so much easier and time improving just to have tour map always available. My other colleagues are screenshots their ruote map in the morning just if they get in the trouble like I did. And of course if you’re going to add this option to the map please make it live su you could see a dot of current location. There’s so other corrections I could add but this one looks mostly important. Overall great app

Your app is a joke. And it’s not a funny one. Unprofessionally poor standard of app that crashes if you dare to look at or use it. Crashes at least 30 times a day

Awful app, everytime you do an update it crashes repeatedly despite you doing proving periods. Having taken part in a proving period you pay no attention to the feedback you get. We are now going into a 3rd day where the app isn’t working at all!! Yet we are still expected to clear our routes doing 100+ stops with no app what so ever!!
