I have been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder and yoga, pilates, and dance has helped me a lot. I love the videos here. They don’t move too slow with transitions which is perfect for me because I also have arthritis throughout my body, so staying in one position too long kills. These workshops don’t!!! Plus my family goes camping a lot, so the opportunity to download is perfect whenever our family isn’t near an internet connection!!! I can just download and go without the worry of not being able to workout.
