I’ve been using this app for a while now and I have accomplished so much

I stumbled upon this app searching for something to use while traveling (we are full time travelers). Some days I just have a few minutes while others I am able to carve out more time after we set up camp and this app allows for all of that! I am a person who needs the “instruction” I literally depend on someone telling me how to get into the pose and how long to hold it and how I should be breathing so these workouts suit me just fine. Thankful that I found the app and its user friendly with so many options to suit your workout needs.

I enjoy this app! The flow is good and the instructions are easy to follow. The ads are annoying, especially during a practice. But other than that, thumbs up!

It’s a great app don’t get me wrong but there are some bothers, Number one is I would like to see some different people, Number two is there is a lot of adds that are very distracting well I’m trying to focus,Number three it’s to hard to focus.

So far so good.

Kinda weird that to access all contact they make you give a review.
