I have been a returning customer but lately they have the worst customer care service. Dozens of emails claiming my refund that they reply automatically without looking at the issue. Eventually I will not be refunded because of an non existing reason… for a logistics mistake that they did

Very good shopping site

1. It stucks very easily. sometimes just delays to show the next image 2. Also stucks when you are enlarge the images, and many times it never comes back. You cannot move or do anything. You have two leave the app 3. when you look at an item, doesn’t have proposals of similar things, like it does in the site. this is really important and I would be very helpful. many times I have to turn to the site just because of that and get out of the app. 4. The photos specifically of the shoes are not very helpful. There is a lot of distortion of the image -caused of the wrong angle-. and you cannot actually understand what the shoe really looks like.

I have chosen another colour of shoes and I’ve received other one, actually that one they sent me was discounted 30€ but they changed me normally without discount, Not colour of my order not the applicate discount…

It would be nice to be able to change language other than that they’re great

I buy almost all my clothes and shoes from YOOX. Everything comes on time and totally correct. I highly recommend it!

They sent me wrong item, other than the one I ordered. The only choice was the refund and not trace and sent me the right one. I waited a long time for the shoes I ordered at that price. Disappointment.
