Never used to pay for shipping due to longtime Superstar status being a loyal customer for many years. Abruptly changed policy. Who even pays for shipping anymore?? And minimum for free shipping is $300. That makes no sense. Sorry this policy is misguided. Big deterrent to shopping your app..

I ordered a hoodie on my birthday and it cancelled within 5 minutes of me ordering it. I’ve been waiting for over 15 days for a refund and the customer service team is giving me the runaround. After I get my refund back, if I do, I’ll never shop on here again!!!

Never buy from them; they sent me similar color cloths but even not with the brand that I ordered, it is such hard to reach out customer servive. Two items are wrong, what they do is, if they do not have items, they do not return money, and just send other items they have. Ridiculous and discussing!!! There is no way to return and refund, no customer servive exists!!!

The app promotes up to 80% off, but it could be 0% off. "Up to" is simply a term of marketing. Frustrating when you have items saved and they are marked for sale but price is unchanged. Clothing selection has been getting worse over the past 2-3 years. Like they are moving to Farfetch or some other overpriced site. This is fine if the boutiques don't want to sell through Yoox. But it has rendered the selection at Yoox to be pathetic dumpster level stuff.
