Yoti - Your digital identity

It’s been a while but someone has to address the issue that this app just does not feel secure . I was already sceptical towards this app when I had to give in sensitive information since it did not seem that valid but I gave it anyways. It doesn’t help when the app is glitchy or just doesn’t function properly because that just worries me on what exactly happened to my personal information. I’ve been having issues with verification only with this app! I want to disassociate with this app however the fact that my personal and very confidential information is with them brings on me fear which is the reason why I still have the app on my phone.

Absolutely terrible app. The process of verification is sketchy as hell, most likely data farming. To anybody who needs to verify their accounts, ITS NOT WORTH IT. They don’t even have a way to log back into your profile if you have deleted the app. So now I cannot even log back in with my phone number. Overall an appalling process of verification.

I don’t trust this at all where is all this information going? also how is it going to scan my face when i only have an iphone 7.. ? That only would work with the iphone X and up. I just want to use yubo 😒

Been over 24hrs and still havnt verified my account or even worse havnt even gone past stage 2🤦‍♂️

This is very dodgy and sus. This is the first app i came across that asked for my driver’s license or birth certificate. Just why so I can get verified just to go on yubo?. This is stupid and I feel sorry for everyone else who has given away sensitive information. Youse guys need to be shut down, idk where all your employees are keeping our data. Anyways terrible app

hi this is my 4th time uploading my ID card picture. it keeps saying there is something covering or it’s unclear but every time i took the pictures, it was perfect. please fix this problem as i want to use my yubo account again.

I’m trying to verify my mobile number but it always says this mobile number is already being processed please try again in a minute. How the heck can that happen? It’s the first time I’m doing it.

my old account got reported and so now i have to show my password to continue using the app for my new account but i don’t feel comfortable showing that. i’ve tried clicking the link about not having access to a passport but they never got back to me. just let me use the app please.

So dumb for using yoti as a useless ad for yubo tryna confirm ur identity ur basically losing users for yubo because people stop using it after this yoti thing so stop

I set up my account and now i’m just stuck on the “welcome to yoti screen” nothing else happens. can’t verify my yubo. Fix please and thank you.
