I have a question though. Can Yoti be used outside the UK for ID purposes etc?

Honestly it’d just be easier to make a new account on Yubo I submitted everything I needed but it still won’t let me verify my account if I could give this 0 stars I would.

Every time I open the app, it insists that my phone is jailbroken for some reason even though it isn’t

you say you don’t track anyone’s ID after you have it but apple literally says this app uses data to track you on other websites and apps. kind of suspicious man

Thinking about downloading this app, but how can be sure my info will be safe? No offence but I’m gonna need more than just a “oh trust us”

You made an agreement with an application called Yubo, therefore, your organization needs to be ready to face complaints coming from yubo users. Asking for greatly personal information is very out of context and indecent considering your position and low ratings. Furthermore, considering your ratings and how unknown your product is, yoti is not worthy of any individuals trust. Replying to ratings with information that is barely understandable to the average individual is unprofessional and uncalled for. As I quote the “well protected” application you claim it to be, you need to provide users with comprehensible information considering their situation. Thank you and please review your policy.
