Very awkward setup process, tried to help my mother set it up, one hour into it and still unsuccessful, took about 10-12 attempts at a selfie until the software was satisfied, only to get stuck with the phone number ( they did not like it)… the same number they texted us to ask to switch to a new app. We ll have to take a trip to the bank tomorrow. .. and I have to trust them with my mother a money?

Ops something went wrong is more often than not the message that the app gives. I can’t use the app to access my funds. A simple school meal payment is a challenge to process. Please fix the app!

This app total crap. I can’t even log in my account, no option to generate account statements like in the old app myBRD, which was a decent app and reliable.

Doesn’t work! If you enter every thing and have to exit for any reason DOESNT WORK! if you do enter everything and then try to install it, DOENST WORK!

This is by far the worst banking app in Romania. 1. This is the only banking application that requires a trip to the bank to be activated on a new device. Even on the old app you could enroll a new device using an already enrolled one. What happens if you are abroad and can’t go to the bank? 2. You can no longer make instant transfers, although you could with the old application. 3. There are periods of time when the app simply do not want to open and is stuck on loading screen. 4. The UI is simple, but not so intuitive.

The transition from MyBRD to You RRD should be transparent, like a version upgrade. No, it wasn’t. Registration process is a big challenge if you don’t have a +40 number. Why??? My number is +1 and it is registered with the bank as my contact number. Why can’t be used to register? To register a new device you have to call a help service. They will forward your request to a hidden help team. This team will call you in their office hours, most probably when you are slipping or being busy. With all due respect, I can’t see anything so hostile to users in the apps space.

Currently, the only phone number format is set for +40 and cannot be overwritten. If you don’t have a Romanian phone number, you can’t register.

I like the simplicity of the app, everything is easy to find, no need for endless clicks. It works smoothly
