No one seems to know how to cancel!! Very frustrating

Cant get an email for a verification code and it’s been three months

Constant maintenance times, yet no improvements to be found. I have to open and close the app at least 5 times to pay my credit card bill.

I have an iPhone 7+ and can’t update to iOS 16 or more so I am unable to use this app. I have to go on the web. Is there a fix for this?

I cannot upgrade to the next level. Only offered an open button. Cannot view my account

The App is terrible since the last update. Takes forever to load then when I try to pay a bill, it does same and then NEVER loads payees. Worthless as is. PLEASE FIX!

iPad won’t update past 15.8 It need to update to 16 to work

I need the latest version.

After the most recent update I can no longer use the app. The App Store tells me to update my phone and my phone can no longer be updated. Something needs to be done about no longer being able to access our accounts when we can’t get a phone update. And I tried to get online to access my account through the website and it has locked me out and keeps redirecting me to an application that I can’t use anymore.

You all close branches to save money and insist that online banking is more convenient. Your website is lacking and this darn app is unusable half the time.
