I wanted to open the app and quickly see if a payment made through the ACH on the weekend is now pending. The app makes me re-enter my username and password. OK, it’s a safety measure. But then I have to enter a passcode as if I’m using the app for the first time. Why? And it looks like it wasn’t asking for my original passcode but any passcode. Why? Definitely not a quick in and out. Second, I don’t appreciate FF for wiping out a link between this bank and an online bank I use. Why wasn’t I notified beforehand?

I love this app!! It took a second to adjust when it got its up grade. After, that it has been a terrific tool for my banking. Thanks for making this possible!!

Best way to bank and see and control accounts very easy to control and move my money to other accountants ! Any one over age 21 should have online banking. Save money and time no lines to wait in. Highly recommend this if on Social Security to see if your check is deposited !
