Almost impossible to create account

Tried to log in using my Apple ID; the app wants to send a verification via your phone number. This takes forever. It never arrived. When I asked for a resend, it told me to wait one hour… Also please try using proper English grammar instead of displaying your ignorance in your messages

They insist on sending you a SMS on mobile. It fails when someone like me arrives at midnight, and doesn’t have a local SIM or roaming. I just had wifi and couldn’t use it to book a car service.

I live down a long drive and it was raining so when prompted, requested a pick up point down the driveway. The driver didn’t come down and when I asked him about it he said drivers didn’t get the pick up point just the address. What’s the point in having my location accessible and having a pick up point??

Sure this would be great if I could use it. Let me take one trip but has now decided that my card details are invalid... forced to use Uber

Very disappointed ! After making a 31/37$ estimation I end up paying 54$ !!!! Airport fee, time fee, other fees... AVOID THIS APP

No information in the app on how to schedule a ride, and I didn’t want to accidentally order a cab by going to the next option.

I can’t log on or create an account no matter how I approach whether it’s Apple ID, Google Account, Phone Number I just get an error useless Uber is far easier
