I love the clothes, the styles and they always fit nicely but the prices of them have gone up a lot so I only got 4 items but spent just over £100. I suppose you have to pay for the quality but just seems a lot.

The app is good not great , it made it difficult for me to add a voucher code to the point where I thought I was going to have to go to the shops to get what I want . When I shop online I don’t expect to be met with a challenge

Not very user friendly

I have been made to feel that I have to pay at least double for an item of clothing that another lady that’s a normal size can buy!!! It’s way too expensive for what they are selling but I have no choice cos not many places do my size 26/28!!!! Feel very discriminated buying from here!!!!

PayPal doesn’t work. Basket emptied several times of its own volition. Klarna pay doesn’t even have a link that can be clicked, even though it clearly shows the option at checkout. A very buggy app, not seamless and easy to use for payment at all.

Process keeps looping back to the basket when using PayPal (after signing into PayPal and approving payment). Had to use a credit card directly in the end.

Good size, good texture material true to sizes and quick delivery keep it up ******

At check out , it kept logging out when I applied a voucher code leaving me to put in my bank card details a million times. But it is better than the Evans app which won’t even recognise my log in details and has no option for ‘forgot password’ so that I can request a new password. The only option on Evans is the new user/ sign in . Since the sign in option does not work I had to log in as a new user and then it said that I’m already registered and can’t sign me on. But on trying to use the registered email it does not recognise it !!!! 🤷🏽‍♀️😅

I shop online, I shop in Store when you’re a large lady or even not so large you need something from somewhere that understands somebody that’s a bit on the large side .. this is them!! YOURS!

It took three tries to process my order. My PayPal choice seemed to be causing some issues!
