ZAFUL - My Fashion Story

Now I know why everything is so cheap, genuinely the worst feeling material I’ve ever felt. Never buy from here.

Bought an order for the first time with ZAFUL which had multiple items, paid €155.53 and it said it would be shipped in 3-4 business days, this did not happen. On the 5th day it was still processing, which I then got in touch with the customer service team who told me that 3 items were out of stock, this was news to me as it said the items were in stock when I placed the order. I then asked for a full refund which was unbelievably hard to do as customer service was being so difficult. Customer service then told me they would refund me but 144 US dollars which was completely unacceptable and I had to correct them. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Truly fantastic clothes, sizes are pretty reliable and the clothes are generally very good quality, would definitely recommend good quality for food prices

I have had great success with Zafuls goods. The items are exactly like the pictures on the app. Great quality and unique outfits. However the last order I made took 4.5months to come and every time I asked about this delay the customer support team would brush me off or ask me the same questions over and over again. I do not like the way their customer service is set up on the app it needs huge improvements.

love shopping on zaful, it’s easy to search & look at clothes. the delivery time is reasonable and i am always happy with the quality of my clothes. i would highly reccomend!

Such a good site to order clothes from , having so many trending styles ! 😍 clothes are usually a good fit and the app allows you to check in and receive points daily !
