ZAFULAPP has a variety of clothes I would love if they would supply in my boots and heels and make it an affordable price. But other than that I’ve never had a problem with ZAFUL your clothes are amazing and beautiful

I am disgusted by zafuls lac of being able to commit to delivering an order. I ordered my clothes that were worth a ton of money last Thursday ( it’s Tuesday now) and then the whole time since it said it was processing. I tried to be patient and I understood that there must have been a lot of orders to sort through. Which leaves me to this morning when I check and see my order had been cancelled and I have not yet been refunded I am upset and shocked. Zaful lacks professionalism and no matter how nice they’re clothes seem it is not worth the hassle and irritation caused along the process. I am quite frankly offended and extremely upset by this occurrence and I will NEVER order from these dreadful people ever again. And I urge you NEVER ORDER FROM ZAFUL YOU WILL BE UPSET AND DISSATISFIED

ZAFUL is one of the best apps I use to buy clothes. They are always up to date with the fashion trends. And the quality and the products of the clothes and services are very good. I look very expensive when I wear their clothes ❤️‍🔥

My order says ‘out for delivery’ for over a month now. I contacted Zaful and they said I have to go to the post office to get my parcel. I went to the post office and they said they don’t have my parcel. I contacted Zaful again and they said I gave to wait 7 to 14 days. 3 Weeks later I still don’t have my parcel and Zaful doesn’t keep you up to date. I honestly think Zaful doesn’t even know where my parcel is. They keep telling me the same thing, that I have to wait 7 to 14 days or go to the postal office.
