This seems to have been translated badly, the wording is horrific, so you’re not really sure exactly what’s going on or how to use it. Like a one off payment they call a subscription? But all the wording is slightly off. Like it shows my data is used, but the wording is saying the data used is data remaining? Not only that Zain are terrible. I have one passport, I bought my sim using that passport, but I can’t register the sim because the app says it’s registered to a different passport. It shows the last two digits, it’s definitely not my passport number? This exact thing happened a couple of years ago with an old Zain sim. And they blamed me that time? How? I hand over my passport, I can’t see what the guy in the kiosk is writing? And they give you no paperwork to check, unprofessional people, a terrible company and app. I’d say avoid, but I’ve tried them all in Saudi and it seems to be the norm.
