Excellent services and perfect connection

I was charged 500 fils for music service RBT-600009-500. What is this. Is it a song I download it or received it or what. I can’t remember it . Is it music service or miss you service

I’m in Kuwait and i got one wifi from this company. I asked for public ip and it’s been two weeks they didn’t give me anything and every time I call they say wait . If I could i give them 0 star really not good .

One of the worst apps in Kuwait. Strange for a big company. Every time I enter the app I am signed out. Every time have to do sign in. And it’s very hard to use Apple Pay. It’s not simple as other apps, it’s just everything annoying. I am sick of it so I had to leave the comment

للامانه كا انترنت ممتاز لكن اسعار الباقات عاديه جدا مقارنه بالشركات الثانيه و كل ما اكلمهم يعطوني عرض يرفضون فا اتوقع اني بغير الشركه الشهر الياي

اتصلت علي سيده لا أذكر اسمها من قسم العروض 109 أمس الساعه 3 ظهرا عرضت علي نفس الرسوم الشهريه 15 دينار بباقه جديده لمده 28 شهر وقالت تنتهي في 10/10/2026 والعرض هو : مكالمات غير محدوده إنترنت غير محدود 5 G ماسحات 1000 وطلبت مني الموافقه و وافقت على ذلك إلا انها لم تفعّل هذا العرض كما وعدت واتصلت على 107 امس و الاخ محمد قال غير صحيح ويبدوا انها لا ادري تحايلت علي وقال سوف يرسل للاداره ليطلب استثنائي لإعطائي العرض الذي قالت عليه السيده لماذا التلاعب من قبل موظفة العروض ؟؟؟؟ وانا الان افكر بإلغاء اشتراكي !
