I didn’t order or get any device under my subscription but in the app it shows that I have one with subscription commitment period as well.

Be careful when you want to order from this app it is very bad service

There must be an online chat with a human not a robot!!

Very easy to activate any extra plan very very hard to deactivate and very complicated

Very bad I couldn’t use your service

The app says I haven’t finished my data but somehow I’m over. It takes 72 hours for tech to do anything about it. They don’t even try and compensate you or give you internet in the meantime. Disgusting company.

Worst service provider ever 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 ...Accepted my order for a 24 month contract ...didn’t deliver the router for 3 days ...then cancelled it because they didn’t have stock and the best part is that they don’t have the courtesy to call and inform ...seriously is this some kind of joke ?
