Zapp – 24/7 Drinks & Groceries

Today was my first time to order from Zapp, the order came really quickly like in 15 minutes plus I got two candy kittens (veggie) as a gift from the shop and the delivery guy was so nice. After that I found out that I got a missing item was just carrots, so I contacted the customer service they were so helpful and nice. They refunded the money of the missing item, still deliver it to me (free delivery) plus got £10 credit on my Zapp account, and 3 more gifts and a free chocolate. Seriously, this is the best grocery App ever. I’ll always order my items from there. That’s why I’m writing this review because they really do deserve it. I LOVE ZAPP.

I got this app because of an add I’d seen for it on social media, it’s rebranding is very nice and I like how you have so many options as to what to get. It’s a very versatile app where you can buy things ranging from electronics to food

Can sometimes be a bit pricey compared to other delivery apps but has a different range with interesting food.

Used Zapp a lot. Have great options available and always deliver very quickly… highly recommend
