I placed an online order. It was ready when I arrived and the lady at the window was super nice! However, I did not receive my bread with my Zalad. I also would love the option to select half sweet and half unsweetened tea. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

After attempting to pay it says please provide make for you order, car was added I don’t know what else it could be referring to

The workers at my Zaxby’s are super polite! I really appreciate the service and respect they give! Thanks to everyone that helped me out today! Haylie M was exceptionally friendly and helpful! As well as the young man that brought out my food! Thank you all!!!

the title speaks for itself, i'm sure many have noticed how painfully slow and inconsistent this app is, whether or not you're on the latest version.

App is pretty good overall, I do wish I could get more reward points for my purchases tho.

This app is one of the worst I’ve seen! I was ordering at a nearby store, the app let me order and place it, but did not inform me the store was closed! Instead it put my order for the next day and there’s no cancellation option, the only way to cancel the order is to call the store that’s closed. It was a large order I had to reorder at another place. Will not recommend this app.

Nice app

I’m trying to checkout like usual and then the screen continuously loads when I hold to confirm I’m not a bot… who is using bots on the Zaxbys app like really? I can’t even use the app to order anymore

The App was very buggy it took 25 minutes to complete the order it kept going to a blank white screen when I tried to click off of the keyboard. Also it emptied the cart when I had to switch stores which was super annoying

I had an account got signed out then they won’t even send me an email to verify it’s me
