App was perfect and fast, they did an update for it yesterday and made it nearly impossible to order. Couldn’t add a new card and there was no button for Apple Pay. I understand new updates come with bugs. I’ll update the low rating when they fix the app.

This is hands down the worst food app I’ve ever used. Today is the second time I’ve tried to place an order online, and after paying with Apple Pay, I got hit with a “Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again” message. But guess what? My card still got charged. Unbelievable. To whoever worked on this app and these pathetic updates: you’re clearly ignoring all the reviews. Seriously, quit your job if you can’t get this right!

I have a $5 off $20 to redeem but can’t. Every time I try to use Apple Pay it just goes back to order screen. When I use credit card it force closes and deletes all of my order. Can’t even place an order at all.

The main thing we order from Zaxby’s are the salads. They are not available through the app. Why is that? Since I can’t order salads I find the app and the membership useless. Funny thing is you can order extra salad dressing on the app but not the salads.

Can’t order. Ordering forces me to log in. Can’t log in because when I try it gives a “Something Went Wrong” error. I can’t believe it’s 2024 and Zaby’s hasn’t figured out how to make a usable app. This should be fixed by now.

The app never works. Try to place an order and you can’t select a date or time. When you do actually get to place the order as soon as you press to pay the app closes and restarts which looses your whole order.

Don’t waste your time downloading this app it doesn’t calculate the reward points correctly

This is the worst app I ever used made me almost jump off a cliff tried with my whole life to get 5 free fingers with a 5$ purchase but instead I get 5 fingers for 10 dollars almost 😐

Zaxby’s on Valleydale Road in Birmingham, Alabama (Inverness) has an amazing staff! I primarily visit the Zaxby’s because they never get my order wrong!

Love the Zaxby's app for the rewards and the convenience of using it. Just give them your name and you have your food, no waiting or deciding what you want at the speaker.
