Contact List Handling is poor
So it’s currently a 1.0 release and technically call quality etc absolutely fine. It gets a 2 star rating because the iOS app is not integrated to CRM so I can’t entered a contact name and have it find the number in CRM. If you were using the web extension and you dial somebody from the CRM that’s great it works well but if you then want to make that contact available on the iOS app you have to save that person as a contact into Zoho voice and that contact then becomes openly available to everybody on the Zoho voice systemI got global access. There’s no option to have your own contact list as there is in RingCentral for example.
