Lacks several features

The apps lacks several key features. Specifically, the audio language setting is unstable and often doesn't hold. Furthermore, the app doesn't support seamless playback, failing to automatically start the next episode after the current one concludes, unlike other similar applications. Needs improvement to match other popular streaming apps. #iphone ISO 18.2 user

I used to really like the Zee app, but for the past two months, I’ve been facing streaming issues on both my TV and mobile when connected to Wi-Fi. It works fine on mobile data, but as soon as I switch to Wi-Fi, nothing loads. Despite paying for the service, it’s not working. I’m based in Sydney, Australia.

“Broken Unsubscribe Feature and Terrible Service”

Review for Zee5 App The experience with the Zee5 app has been incredibly frustrating. You CANNOT unsubscribe from the yearly plan directly through their app on iPhone, which is absolutely unacceptable. If you’re going to offer a subscription service, make sure the option to manage or cancel it works properly! When I reached out for a refund, I was met with poor customer service and excuses about their “policy” rather than them addressing the actual issue—their broken unsubscribe feature. If they know this is a problem, why haven’t they fixed it? Instead, they make it a hassle to unsubscribe, essentially trapping users to take their money unfairly. This is a clear example of bad design and shady practices. A subscription service shouldn’t feel like a scam. Fix your app, Zee5, and stop making life difficult for your users!

Subscription cancellation

I am unable to cancel my subscription in the app as it takes me to apple website, online support team is not very helpful.

Nightmarish and fraudulent

Zee5 app stopped working for me (Australia) since August. Since then there has been no resolution. Every 3 weeks the support closes my ticket by emailing me that issue is resolved-however the issue is still ongoing. Upon my response they open a new ticket and ask for all the details again! This cycle keeps repeating. I need a full refund as I accessed the app for 2-3 months before it stopped working. Never subscribe to this app.
