I had to delete the app and redownload just to make my cart visible.

The app keeps logging me out, now it doesn’t recognize any of my email addresses. I have ordered at least 8 pairs from them. I’ve been logged out before and never had issues getting in, now this.

I like how the virtual try on is easier to do and how easy you can save a pic or video of a look youre trying. I also like how the suggested frames can just be scrolled through and selected over and over to view on your face. Whoever designed this did a good job keeping is simple but letting you really dig into mult looks at one or two clicks. The website was great. The app is just fabulous.

Let’s just say I was pretty hesitant to order from here but I’m glad I did!! I ordered my glasses on 8/18 and they just arrived on 8/20!!! Fast shipping and the way they had my package secured was amazing and protected!! I want to thank everyone for their hardworking staff at Zenni, I paid only $46 bucks can’t beat that at any local optical stores! You guys really saved my eyesight thank you!!!!

Love the new try-on option vs having to upload pictures and filtering for browsing is great. Got super frustrated and almost didn’t end up making my purchase because my cart kept giving me an error that the connection timed out anytime I updated it (added new, edited an item, or removed an item). Small update - I got a response that they had seen the feedback and are looking into it. Appreciate that these are being looked at!
