These are horrible ever, I lost $ 541.80, And they’re still saying I never have those fund available, that’s terrible. Bummer, I really want to refund them

Can’t use this app as their is no option for my Canada post prepaid visa my card doesn’t have Zenwallet on it, no code

App stoped working about two weeks ago. It gets stuck in the welcoming page. Tried re-installing it and tried another iPhone. Same issue.

This is the best and safest way to travel or to by merchandise on line! It’s fast and so darn easy!

I have used this app before and loves how easy it was to transfer money to a different currency but now I am just frustrated. When transferring money from CAD to Sterling Pounds through the app I have made sure that I am always selecting Pounds as that is the currency I am picking. But when I go back in a little bit to make sure it has gone through it always shows up in USD. I have had witnesses that can confirm that I have been picking the right one, when contacting the customer service to try and see if they could help, they blamed me for picking the wrong currency. Came off the phone frustrated and disappointed.

Very useful application that avoid you to go through the website entering password…etc. And is safe

App sucks and shows a bunch of pending transactions and whenever you really need to use your card it’s always declining man a waste of time

Their service works. Then doesn’t work. Then works. Then doesn’t work. If your issue crops up outside of their business hours, which are bankers hours. You’re S.O.L. You can’t contact them via phone. Only live chat and email Terrible service. I’ll be getting rid of their card the first chance I get.
