I have thousands of dollars missing from a customer that payed a zoho invoice. After weeks of calling, emailing and contacting zoho chat, I still dont have the money. I will be closing my zoho account soon and I recommend you avoid them at all cost. There is no support.

Excellent ERP

Zoho is easy to use on a mobile device. It has a few quirks, but overall a solid app. I like that it is available for both Android and iPhone. A few tips and tricks helped me work more efficiently when adding items. For example, if you log in to your account on a computer, you can delete some of the Units values, so you’ll have a much shorter list in the app. And if you keep forgetting which SKU you used last, simply copy it, then paste it into your next item and add 1.

This app is one of the best that you could get to keep up with day to day sales and inventory!!

After spending a great deal of time, and attempting multiple times over a number of days just to log in through the NON-Functional OneAuth app (security WALL), and no usable assistance from Zoho Support, I still cannot log in to try this app. (I like Zoho Notebooks and have no problems with it on multiple platforms.) I’m definitely *not* a “newbie” to apps, having taught computer applications at the high school, community college, and university levels for 22 years. If you can’t get past OneAuth or “log in a different way” (which doesn’t work), you’ll never know if this app is worth anything. If I can’t access an app after so much time and so many attempts to do so, it’s worthless.

Very complex app, I can’t open on my computer. To add new vendors on the phone is really complicated.

I work in a fast paced environment and to have to stop to manually type in a upc ain’t gonna work! I have all the info I need printed n the labels, upc, noun, ws and retail price, ui, manf part num or vendor num, demand lvl. ALL BARCODE, ALL READABLE. Need to make all fields able to scan barcodes, and have the ability to narrow the field of focus for the camera so it doesn’t pick out erroneous data when not needed. Also, in price field include auto option for decimal point to be added if adding manually. (Time saver) need to auto tab from field to field.

This is the best app ever, wish it had a few features but all in all it’s amazing!
