There is absolutely no customer support in case things go sideways. I’m trying to get an invoice for the trip since November 28th , 2024 . It’s Jan 2nd 2025 . Automated system keeps on saying invoice will be generated in 15 business days days
Best app for rental cars
I paid for the car in goa and vender refused to come , now raised the issue to co for refund but no response,
I booked car two times and both times the owner cancel the ride. Rather than running an application, run a tea stall at least you could serve your customer better.
Guys they don’t have online help line number, last moment the car owner didn’t give me car and never got the refund back. I wrote so many mails but no reply. Don’t Hire cars. Bad experience

There's no way to contact customer support. And there is this stupid bot chat which just knows to text only one thing - "Oops! Couldn't get that, am a new bot in town and learning with time. You can try rephrasing your question." How do you expect us to connect with the customer care for any issues? There's no dedicated customer care number nor a proper customer care chat service. This is just ridiculous.
Terrible / almost a non-existent customer service firstly. I’m still owed a refund of 16,000 inr and have never received it from Zoomcar. Boycott them!!

I booked a Zoomcar on January 19, 2025, returning it on January 20, 2025, after 13 hours. Despite multiple attempts, my account verification was declined twice. Customer service directed me between calls and chats without resolution. I requested a refund but received only INR 700 out of the INR 1,500 paid. This experience has been frustrating, and I feel misled by Zoomcar’s policies.
