I booked the most expensive car they had avaialble for a month, and that was Venue (claimed to less than a year old), when I picked it up it was stinking of Alcohol and Smoke so much that my kids refused to sit in it and had to get them in a cab. No number to contact the customer service. Very bad experience, they dont seem to care
Consistent in inconvenient user experience
One of the worst services and apps I have used , it has hassled me twice. App navigated me to an incorrect car location and did not cancel my booking. Trip started without me starting the trip actually. First I was requested to wait at the location for 30 mins then another 20 mins then the another 10 mins with an assurance that the backend team will call. Backend team did not call back after multiple followups I gave up. They continued to hassle me with refuelling automated spam calls. My entire plans were ruined for the evening.
Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Came to mumbai from delhi and wanted to hire a car. Booked a car through this app and later when i reached to take the car, the employee refused to give us the car because we were not from mumbai even after my license was approved by the app. Wasted my time, and money. Dont use this app if you are not from the state where you want the car.

Do not book here.
This is absolutely ridiculous. You are not able to get into contact with this company. We tried 4 different numbers and 2 emails. No success. The app is absolutely useless und sends you into a loop of menu points if you need help. As the self-proclaimed ‚best choice‘, this is an embarrassment. If you have any issues with your booking, you are left alone. Good luck.
