Very nice platform and customer support too but there is problem with car damage. Service stations are very far from greater Noida

I have been a zoomcar host for months. It is a good concept but poor implementation. App crashes a lot and there is no customer support for host as well as guest after recent update. Zoomcar representative has installed a device in the car which is not working from day one. Raised multiple tickets in past few months but no resolution. Tickets are marked resolved automatically. Hope someone looks into the real issues being faced by users.

I have been trying to chase the Zoomcar company as my vehicle has met with a sever accident. There is no helpline number no customer support have raised the ticket through the app even mailed them on there support email if no response from 1 month. They are not even responding to there garage mechanic. This kind of fraud is been done through this company. We are helpless and frustrated now. The last thing we can do is file a complaint against the company. And will make sure I get my compensation. Kindly be aware of this tricks do not let yourself get into this scam for little earning.

I have been a Host for 4 months now, finally when i received a good payment for 11 days and served it with 5 star rating from the customer, Zoom has not credited my 60% share of payment to my account. Hence I do not recommend this app to anyone. Please watch out in case you are serving a booking from which you are expecting a good profit. Zoom will end up not paying it and for no reason.

What else we need if someone is paying us good amount instead of keeping the car grounded to garage only 😍👌

My car windshield was cracked during booking. Guest didn’t drop my car in time. He returned my car after 3 days of booking end. He didn’t extend booking. Zoomcar take 11k from guest but they didn’t pay single rupee to me. I was also trying to contact support team but there is not any official contact no or email id. I got frustrated. I used my insurance to replace my windshield. Zoomcar support team is big lie. And It’s true. So think 100 times before attaching your car with zoomcar. Thank you.
