Application très bizarre et stupide !

si tu changes la langue à celle qui n’est past celle du téléphone, l’application refuse de afficher les heures pour les arrêts de bus.

Buying tickets and planning routes in the app mostly work although the UX can be a bit clunky. However, the real time bus tracking is really broken in this app/system. A bus will show as next arriving in 10, 5, 15 minutes within the span of 5 minutes. Hopefully Zou can fix their bus tracking, or actually show where the buses are in real time (rather than just showing when the next bus is expected at a stop).

You can’t sign up for an account using the app. Go to their website to sign up. Save yourself the time I wasted repeated trying to create an account.

Did not experience any issues buying tickets! Parts of the app were a bit clunky, like when you search a route and click buy all you have to sort through a list of the available routes

Literally the worst app I have ever used. Half the time it tells me there are no buses and I should walk instead. Bears no relation to the info on the website. Absolute disgrace.

Upon receiving the verification email from the app to register the account, the email contained just garbage text. This app is great in theory, but it’s a major miss when you can’t complete the account registration. Simple testing would’ve solved this.

Hey guys, in the English version, your sign up verification code system doesn’t work! You can get around that by signing up in French and then switching to English. But the app is still truly awful. I can only buy one ticket, rather than two (one for me and one for my spouse). Couldn’t figure out how to buy a round-trip ticket. After spending about an hour on it, I gave up and deleted my account. I work in tech-support, and very few apps can defeat me. Congratulations on such an achievement!

Downloaded this but can’t do anything. It doesn’t recognize my account and now I opened a map that I can’t close…will have to delete, too bad! I like having my tickets and maps on my phone but this is impossible!
