Booking system has been down for several months You need to call to book. Until fixed the app is useless

Registration through phone number is not working. Profile cannot be saved. I will keep calling to get my appointments.

The app keeps on crashing and that it doesn’t let me book and appointment and even reschedule my booking i have been a fan of 1847 and there branches but i’m not a fan of there app it keeps on crashing and never works and when i try to call them branches they never pick up during 1-5PM and i keep on calling them no answer and i was surprised when they had a app but then when i tried using it it keeps on crashing. Fix this immediately.

Cant login for 3 says, and nobody can help, cause “we cant fix it”

Ive had a recurring issue that I have been experiencing with the 1847 app. It seems to be crashing consistently whenever I am in the process of selecting a technician. Additionally, I have encountered a similar problem when attempting to add more services. This has been going on for few months. I am not the only one facing these difficulties. A number of my friends who also utilize the app have reported experiencing similar issues.

Unfortunately lately I can’t make any booking through the app. After I select the time I can’t proceed, and this incident repeated a lot recently. You have to fix it

Sends code by SMS but then just doesn’t do anything when the code is entered

App is nice but the descriptions are too long. Anything beyond one short sentence is cut off (“…”) and when you click it to read the rest it takes you directly to booking page - meaning you never really know exactly what you are getting (beyond the first sentence).

It's not the first time I visit the Mirdif branch more than five times and I admit that there is something in the hospitality and the whole team is tasteful and respectful, but I got upset the last time and admit that the mistake I have had a date for the relationship and came on time, and unfortunately I forgot my wallet and inside it is the bank card and I did I don't complain about her, but she must at least talk to her manager, she will have worked on her.
