You would think with this much negative feedback the company would put in the effort to fix the issues but no. This app does not function what so ever. Maybe the residence should start pushing the condo corps to terminate their contracts and start using platforms that actually work.

Some days it works and others it doesn’t. It’s extremely frustrating when one day it works in a certain area of the building and the next it doesn’t. It’s a very untrustworthy app where I have been locked out, had to call security, or ended up on another floor because the app wouldn’t work in the elevator.

It doesn’t send the code to my email. I checked the junk box too. Totally garbage .

the system is down every other day which is q little inconvenient when it's literally made to unlock a god damn door. complete garbage

This app: - does not allow to remotely lock and unlock the apartment door; - does not provide status (door locked/unlocked, who’s guest has locked/unlocked the door…) - the apple watch app and the phone are not detected by the NFC module installed at the door. You really have both devices touching each other (iPhone and Valet module or Apple Watch and Valet module -which most of the time does not work anyway) to lock/unlock the door. - does not offer the option to be used from the Apple Wallet: this would be a best alternative to the issue described above, however it is not the solution still; Overall, this system has lots of required improvements to deploy if they think about keeping up with competitors.

I put it on widget so it's easy to access but now it doesnt work and sometimes it needs an internet to work. So if you are inside an elevator it doesnt work.

Out of nowhere, it landed me on the login screen one day when I wanted to unlock door and it crashes when I login in. When try to use forget username and enter phone it errors out and app shows loading screen and freezes, doesn’t do anything.

It doesn’t send the feature to the recipient. And when the guest profile and time range has been created, the screen freezes. Impossible to share or go back to the main screen. Forced to turn off the phone to exit that screen.

This system is absolutely garbage! Most of the time it is not working. The times that it is working, it is not working properly. The video image is garbage, the video freezes every single time. Seven times out of 10, you cannot see the person through the camera, and it is absolutely undependable, and not worthy of any kind of trust. Scrap this garbage!!!
