Spend your time documenting infractions just for a subpar app to constantly give you errors saying to “check your connection and try to send again” nonsense.

Lately the app has started to crash when you click on maps. Can’t use the app correctly anymore no matter how many times I try to delete and re-download

The App crashes when clicking on the map when trying to report trash pickup. I’ve deleted and downloaded the app twice.

You try to put the address of an incident and it crashes every time.

On the newest version of IOS 14, the app crashes when you try to put any address. Used to work perfectly before.

You can report potholes, faded signs, illegal structures, dumping, chickens and more on this app with images. Great app

Easy to use, & yes, the reports you open get addressed by 1 business day & they get sent to the correct department that the report belongs to. Glad this app was made !!
