Free version constantly stops your music and won’t let you restart it. Glad I didn’t waste money buying the pro one. If music just wasn’t an option on the free one, okay, fine, that’s a pro feature. But to let you play it and then constantly stop it and not allow you to start it again without going out and into your music app is just buggy. Doesn’t even stop consistently, sometimes full workout with no issues, sometimes stops every 10 seconds.
The free version is good but it seems that if you upgrade to pro to get all the features you would still have to buy each alternate workout. Other apps include more workouts with their pro-purchase. It would be better if they did an all inclusive option.
A good app- I am working stupidly long hours this month and wanted something to get me started in the morning but not too annoying for the downstairs neighbours (so many apps forget we don't all have detached houses!). I'm sick right now but will build this up when I can breathe again!

I used to use this (free version) often but fell off the workout wagon. When I relaunched it, after a big hiatus, I discovered nearly all the free features were gone. There is no customation available and the workout is pared way down. Not a fan of the new free option at all.

I used to Love this short 7 min. workout. It wakes up my body in the morning and makes me feel invigorated. However the app AHS gotten very glitchy now. The timer does work right now. Maybe needs updating since all of the iPhone updates.
This app lets you know what is com and has in-exercise timing. Better than my other 7 minute app.
Not for those of us of a “certain age” that just want to stay active. There doesn’t seem to be be a way to customize the workouts.
