Registration failure
The app would update and would force you to register again! while you are in the middle of a 3D secure step. You’d register hoping to complete the payment but the app won’t see your session. You would go the whole checkout process again, and on 3D secure step you would find out, that the app wants you to register once again! And the payment is once again ruined. As a result of this app 2 time failure, the airline tickets you were willing to pay for two times costs 50+ Euro more.
It took you a few years to implement Touch ID and Face ID
You removed the possibility to use your app on several devices. Please consider letting customers chose their level of security before imposing your own CUSTOMER-UNFRIENDLY rules
Kan app niet activeren meer dan 1 toestel
Bijvoorbeeld iPhone en iPad. Of een tweede telefoon, of partner etc. En reply aub niet met fantoomargumenten zoals “voor uw veiligheid”. Want identificeren kan prima op meer toestellen.
Er is iets op je iPhone veranderd, activeer de app opnieuw
Ja, heerlijk zo’n melding. Echt iets voor scammers. En geen enkele info op de ics site hierover. En de chatbot draait alleen maar in kringetjes en die lui van ics zijn om 7:00 uur niet bereikbaar…. Hiezo, veilig handelen…

Net als de rest van ABN AMRO: geschreven door incompetente ontwikkelaar. Credit card werd overigens niet in Florida geaccepteerd. ABN AMRO weigerde hulp. Credit card blijkt ook niet in Nederland te werken. ABN AMRO erkent dit niet: waardeloze bank.
Nieuwe app
Zijn de beperkingen van versie 5.03 voorbij en is de app door een persoon op meerdere apparaten te gebruiken?
Niet goed met updates
Tijd voor vernieuwing : de oude apps migreren naar nieuwe apparaten: alles loopt vast: het moet beter getest worden en op een iPad ook werken!
Na de update!
App werkt niet meer en vraagt om opnieuw te registreren!!!
Bug
Er staat al een jaar een verlopen & afgesloten kaart in die ik niet kan verwijderen…
