Registration failure
The app would update and would force you to register again! while you are in the middle of a 3D secure step. You’d register hoping to complete the payment but the app won’t see your session. You would go the whole checkout process again, and on 3D secure step you would find out, that the app wants you to register once again! And the payment is once again ruined. As a result of this app 2 time failure, the airline tickets you were willing to pay for two times costs 50+ Euro more.
It took you a few years to implement Touch ID and Face ID
You removed the possibility to use your app on several devices. Please consider letting customers chose their level of security before imposing your own CUSTOMER-UNFRIENDLY rules

Alle paar dagen moet ik de app opnieuw downloaden. Super vervelend.
Krijg hem nooit geopend
Wat een verschrikkelijke ervaring. Heb hem nu een maand en alleen maar gezeik. Kom elke keer niet ingelogd met nieuwste iPhone 15 👍👍

This app should not be live
You may need to reboot the app a ridiculous amount of times to make it work. It just does not work. As a serious bank, you should not have allowed this app to be live. Create a decent-working app. Once you’ve tested it and can ensure minimum decent functionality and only then: release it. Every time I need to confirm a payment I am stuck 20 minutes just trying to make the app work.
Inlog
Het zou fijn zijn indien er bij de inlog een scherm te zien zou zijn waarbij de cijfers van afzonderlijk te zien zijn dmv een raster of helemaal losstaand. Dit inlogscherm geeft te vaak de mogelijkheid om abusievelijk naast het in te vullen cijfer te tikken. Zie als voorbeeld de inlogschermen van banken. Mvg Walter
