Assigning a taxi is in progress forever. Cancelling is the same. Simply does not work

Several things to be improved: 1. When the ride started, app doesn’t show it’s started, just showing as I’m still waiting. Must show the ride progress - current location, route, time to destination, etc. 2. When the ride has finished - same thing, still showing that I’m waiting. Must show the end of ride and offer me to assess the ride. 3. I have connected my bank card to the app and I’m expecting that the ride will be paid automatically once it has finished but instead I have to scan the QR code to pay, it takes several steps, very annoying. 4. When the ride finished I must forcibly close the app and launch again to order next ride. 5. When I order the car, the price shown is always lower than the actual price I pay after the ride has finished. The price must be fixed - what I see is what I pay. 6. Car location is not accurate, I don’t see where is my car while I’m waiting, very inconvenient. 7. Every time I must search the pick up and destination from scratch, no history of previous searches. Please add.

Terrible application. I order taxi precious day by time and 10-5 minutes before the ride no car assigned. Sometimes application doesn’t load the map, don’t locate your position.

Even with local Etisalat uae mobile number I was not able to initially register in this application, application returned error, app deletion, and different number notations not help.

You cannot register and use this application if you do not have the local number of this country. Unacceptable.

If you havent local telephone number its imposible to registerand use it!

The app doesn’t allow to change the phone number from UAE to another country. App does not work unless you are a resident.

don’t work if I use mobile internet. wi-fi only

The app will have me agree to terms and conditions in English but then I cannot select English as an option- it works if I switch to Arabic but then I cannot switch it back. When I force quit the app from the screen to choose between English and Arabic it doesn't load again.

While the app does successfully pair riders with drivers, the location tool doesn’t seem to function well. Each time I use the app, I need to call the driver to give accurate directions because the app also doesn’t provide them with a clear pick-up point. The map picture isn’t very clear, and the live location of the driver takes longer than other car-hailing apps to update. My travel partner was unable to cancel rides after booking.
