ABUS GRANIT Detecto SmartX 8078. I ordered a lock , it is absolutely uncomplicated , does not open and does not connect !!!

I got same issue with others, sometimes no connections , if is raining I need to put my phone on the 6500 smart locker to try to it connected. The information is not updated in the app after you locked the lock. I also get the remote for unlocking, never worked or compared with the app, I sent one email before but never get answered. Both my 13 pro max and 15 pro max has same issue with app, I really hope they can see our complain and upgrade it.

The app connection with the bordo 6500A lock isn’t stable. A lot of times I have to restart the app before it makes a connection. Unfortunately for me the alarm is going off even though I have Bluetooth connection and proximity/handsfree function turned on. I’m using an iPhone 13 Pro fully updated iOS and abus one app. Another very annoying thing is that the log doesn’t show when the lock is locked. Only when it’s opened. This way I can’t prove that my bike is locked for the insurance company. How can this lock be ART** rated???!! This really needs to be fixed immediately!

Heb nu sinds de nieuwe app al 2 keer de sloten moeten verwijderen uit de app en de key cards opnieuw moeten inscannen. Voor wat je ervoor betaalt werkt het absoluut niet vlekkeloos helaas!…

Used for an very expansive keyless bikelock. Who is the app not logging where and when the lock is locked ans unlocked? Quite useless lock for Personal logging and inshurance

I can’t trasfer the data from smarttx to Abus one. always crushed. waste of time every time i use smarttx and this abus one! Pls update the app!!

App elke keer opnieuw starten om te unlocken. Iwatch app heeft ook geen zelfstandige verbinding. Jammer vorige app abus werkte prima

Half the time it doesn't open the lock until you restart the app 3 times, shake the lock, try again, then who knows maybe it opens if it feels like it. This is highly frustrating when you're standing outside and need to leave. I asked about this and got "Please make sure that ABUS One runs on its latest update" which is kind of rich since the only version of the software that's out is 1.0.0 even though the App Store says the app is 4 years old. Also the lock loses charge after just a few days and then it won't open at all until you plug in a power bank.

It never works first try. Every time I want to open my bike I need to quit the app and restart several times, tap and tap again, and then if I’m lucky it works. It’s highly frustrating when you need to leave and you just can’t until the app decides to cooperate. Also, proximity auto open function _never_ works. When the battery is low it just does not unlock and you have to take a battery bank to the lock and stand there while it recharges.

I tried to transfer data from the smart x to abus one app and it doesn’t work. And when i want to connect my lock with the qr code is also doesn’t work.
