Works ok sometimes but certain things don’t work. For example, when logging an activity, all of the class options are gone except for one. And when entering the date, it records the wrong date by one day. Why???

Worthless piece of software there is. When you finally DO figure out how to login, it will make you do it all over again when you login the next time. Yay! “Unable to guess deployment”. The app itself doesn’t have much usefulness. Can’t do anything with Requests, Tasks, or Tickets. On top of that: we’re an enterprise. Have our entire company using this. When you do report a bug in the software itself, you just get brushed off and dismissed. Doesn’t matter how simple to fix. Their engineers have clearly better things to do. Use the desktop version instead. Just accept the fact you’ll have to drag your laptop around. G-luck.
I feel like it’s very hard to get any sort of significant work done on this, primarily because the Inbox function seems very under developed. For instance, The app does not allow you to action activities by clicking a button, so the inbox seems to be just a dump of all your activities. Because there is no mark as read or unread feature, this makes it very hard to see what’s new, and manage my inbox on the road while waiting for something. That basic functionality is missing, and that really put a damper on how much I can actually use the app. Overall, the app just seems old and stagnant.
Just can’t log a single activity without an error. It takes about 30s to load an activity, and then fails when I submit an activity. But the activity is actually logged. In summary, this app is a burden instead of a tool.
• The Mobile App does NOT give me an accurate listing of my assigned tasks on the Task Board Tab, sometimes showing zero (0) task, when I have over 3 tasks to complete in a given day. • Address for a company doesn’t display if more than one address is assigned to a company.
Needs an iPad app for offline functionality. The website works just ok on a tablet but the lack of offline functionality necessitates priority on development of an iPad app.
I want to like and use this app, but every time I open it, it just feels clunky and inefficient. It’s lacking basic capabilities like auto-logging of calls made from within the app. Should also support landscape layout on iPad (the app doesn’t really support iPad at all, but displays the iPhone layout in portrait view). I’ll keep coming back because we are investing time and money in the Accelo platform as a PSA solution. But we are definitely doing that despite the mobile app, not because of it.
Our company recently switched from Wrike to Accelo. I must say the app is a huge downgrade. More than likely won’t be using it in it’s current state.
This is a very capable CRM and business process automation platform, and the more we use Accelo the better our experience. We initially were only using the CRM, and after several months of using and exploring we signed up for more modules. Some of the configuration takes a lot of trial and error, and the included Accelo help desk - online chat and email tickets and scheduled calls - is excellent. They are very responsive. Highly recommend.
This app seems incapable of remembering my login info for more than 24 hours. Junk.
