The app is made by completely incompetent people. Ticket activation from the dice app does not work.

We cannot get our activation codes and we cannot register because there is no register sign in the app !

+90 numbers do not get sms validation codes! How can we proceed otherwise????

+90 phone numbers can not get sms verification!!!

I was trying to register my Primavera Sound 2022 ticket on Access Ticket app. When I open Access Ticket app and click on “add your ticket” and then “claim your tickets from DICE” Access Ticket app wants me to provide the phone number used for the purchase to send verification code but I can’t get verification code via SMS. So I can’t register my ticket… Can’t heard from support team even if I wrote about it earlier. Hopefully you can fix this before event starts!

cant recieve code to my +90 number

Cant receive a verification code to my +90 phone and no response from support. I am going to lose my money and tickets because of this app. This is stealing from people

I need to register my vip ticket which was bought a year ago to be able to use it but AccessTicket app can not verify my account because I can’t receive verification code with an sms. This is a common problem for TicketAccess for +90 numbers. Since last two days I try to contact them via email and online help but no one answers. I don’t know what to do to solve the problem.

I uninstalled and re-installed both apps but the bug isn’t fixed. As I try to activate my ticket, this app won’t send me an activation code via sms. Pls fix 🫠

Hello, Verification code that is needed to add ticket on Access Ticket app is not being sent to numbers starting with country code +90 (Turkey) Please solve the problem asap.
