It’s getting really difficult to book swims sessions with NOWCA. What’s wrong with this app nowadays?

I’ve given feedback before about the account set up not showing error message - it simply won’t let you create an account. 6 months later this is still the case - rendering it unusable unless you have an account already

It’s a very complicated way just to sign up for swimming, and after reserving a place I never know if it worked or not : app doesn’t load and no email confirmation

All I’m trying to do is pay membership and it seems to be impossible!

Despite paying NOWCA membership the app says I can’t book until I have paid my membership fee - which I have. Unable to book anything so pretty useless considering that’s it’s main purpose

This app is a little bit rubbish.

Available time slots that should show in blue are not. I follow the venues so can confirm swimming is available?

Limited app functionality and some inaccurate information. An imposition that membership has to be paid by PayPal.

I paid the £15 and then the app crashed. Now it wants me to pay again because it doesn’t know I paid. Useless…

I paid my membership for one of the affiliates to see it leave my account and still not update on the app! Trying to find a direct contact is a joke.
