Action for Happiness: Get tips

Beautiful app with beautiful news and lovely people but I have a problem: I can't change my profile photo. I tried to tap my name in the profile menu but nothing happens. Could you help me? Thank you

Useful and even helpful app to use as a way to try and increase happiness and even positivity, however think it could be a little unfortunate requiring account to be used to view content as well as comment instead of being able to just use without account or even anonymously. Also think it could be useful if when future calendars for the whole year are shown the activities included for each day might be a little more considerate of factors such as if some individuals attempting to try some activities could have any mental health difficulties and not find it as easy to try out as well as for some of the activities which can include about friends as well as family members might be a little bit more considerate of if there may be any individuals who might not feel like having many around them and that it could be of much use for them to even attempt to try.

The only app I use where I don’t mind the notification pop ups! The daily affirmation are a welcome reminder to stop, breathe, and be kind to yourself just at a time when they are needed. Definitely recommend this app

I discovered Action for Happiness many years ago and it has had a really positive impact on my life. The App, with its daily reminders, is an excellent way to start the day with a positive outlook and the evening messages have been so timely and so often relevant to me, and always thought provoking and reassuring. It is such a simple way to make a positive impact on your daily wellbeing. I highly recommend that everyone tries it.
