This is the worse ‘upgrade’ of a perfectly working app I have ever experienced. It is impossible to navigate. Clumsy and repetitive and ultimately frustrating. The old app was exactly the opposite. Why on earth was it changed???

As so many people waiting on a slot would it not be better to add extra classes and more classes for elderly Thank you
I have been trying to phone to book the swimming for days now and today decided to take a drive through to see if we could get a swim we drove from Falkirk! Was told it was to busy and had to phone which I told him I have been phoning so he then said to book online which I have been trying to do since 2 today! Everytine I sign in and go to the booking system it just take me back to all my details and says that’s me signed up this happens over and over again!! Is there a simpler way of booking seeing as no one likes to answer the phone and your online booking system isn’t working??
I think this is the worst app I have ever came across and it needs some serious updates. As somebody who is blind and during these pandemic times I am no longer allowed to go swimming at my disabled club. However lane swimming is still optional in other facilities. The app is totally on accessible to blind users. When you first go in to the app to pick what activity you want to book it literally just says button. These need to be labelled it’s a very easy fix in just a very lazy on the creators part. I had to have a sighted person do it for me which totally takes away my independence and should not have to be. Furthermore the sighted person said it was dreadful. Setting up an account some fields were glitching and would not let you click in them. The page kept jumping around. Then finally once I’d made an account the email never came through with my password and then when it finally did and I logged in it just never went in. Five minutes and it still never logged in. Please get this sorted especially in these pandemic times.
This app is a good reflection of everything else run by NL, absolutely useless
It was ok but now but I’m unable to view my bookings and mark favourites. The app will now not show anything. It ‘ times out’ all the time. I need to and will still use the main website to make bookings..
Works ok but having issues with being able to see my bookings. Every time I try to view, it cannot connect for some reason, repeatedly says timed out and then kicks me out of the app.
