Failed Login
Tried to login to the new app and there is a step to take a selfie for verification this step failing with no explanation, most probably it is timing out.

worst bank in the world
they had me stuck in poland 20 days because i couldn’t access the card and can’t withdraw the money and they don’t respond to my calls
A move in the wrong direction
The new UI/UX implemented recently has nothing to do with the cutting edge customer experience in other banking mobile apps! Apps keeps showing ad for youth account!! It’s very annoying to keep seeing this! Plus Im not able to see my frozen card!!!
Uncomfortable
It is a weird application Before more organised
Good but bring back old features.
Please bring back the ability to rename your accounts.
Statement
Having the statements uploaded to the mobile application on time will be helpful, also the statement must specify the payments to be made to avoid finance charges. Compared to other bank statements, ADIB statements need much more updated info for clear visibility.
