Scanning my ID
This app requests a lot of information. No reason to scan my ID. Just let me create the account. If there is a valid reason, mention it during the registration page. Otherwise don't request ID.
I can't login
I have an account, i try to login and it prompts me to put my number and the otp and then scan my Emirates ID front and back, then it tells me to pick a pin then it takes me to a page with all the Emirates ID and tells me that I already have an account and doesn't log me in..?
Under Maintenance
App is good only when it’s working! Mainly it’s a “rewards + wallet” app, so it’s completely worthless if it is down most of the time.
Tier system does not work properly
Even though I achieved the required amount of FALCONs to maintain gold tier, I was still demoted to silver.
Suggestion
The app do not have an option to edit the phone number.
Bad app , unfortunately
The app are need u to collect falcons to reach level, on each level you get an rewards , so each falcon worth 75 AED , when I fuel my car with 300 AED , i get only one falcon worth, so adnoc treats the person who’s pay 75 as same as the one who’s pay 300 , how is that rewarding ? Im confused and hate the idea of this.

Always says Error while entering phone number
Issues
It’s seems the app has issues need to be rectified i couldn’t register and create my login because couldn’t scan my Id, as an option you need to add upload id so uses can have 2 options. Or connect it with uae pass. Anyone I couldn’t register and use the app..
