Slow with plenty of error mesages
The app is showing error for every single step. I’m not able to add a card as it crashes each time at some step.

App does not work
When trying to login, after entring otp from mobile it is asking to register emirates ID but emirates id is already registered. Does not allow to login. Please hire better developer, the existing app is rubbish.
Useless
The app doesn’t recognise my EID even thought I have been using it at the pump for months
The previous version was better
Now I’ve to login if I hit back to main menu. The previous design was far away much better than the recent one. Please revise this version and improve it and make it practical.

Scanning my ID
This app requests a lot of information. No reason to scan my ID. Just let me create the account. If there is a valid reason, mention it during the registration page. Otherwise don't request ID.
I can't login
I have an account, i try to login and it prompts me to put my number and the otp and then scan my Emirates ID front and back, then it tells me to pick a pin then it takes me to a page with all the Emirates ID and tells me that I already have an account and doesn't log me in..?
Under Maintenance
App is good only when it’s working! Mainly it’s a “rewards + wallet” app, so it’s completely worthless if it is down most of the time.
Tier system does not work properly
Even though I achieved the required amount of FALCONs to maintain gold tier, I was still demoted to silver.
