It’s hard to pay my loan payment with my debit card.

I was surprised to see a pending deposit from the government. This is the first bank that actually allows me to see what only the bank tellers could see before. I am happy about that, it’s little but makes me happy. REP

This view hasn’t been available on the iPad app for several months even after i0s updates, so I can only view landscape mode via web browser. Is it even in the queue to be repaired?

It seems like the app was rewritten with some horrible web tech. Everything is dead slow now and non iOS look and feel, and the cheque deposit is a walking UI crime. Also, ADA compliant dynamic text sizes are not supported nor is dark mode.

Suddenly, this iPad app can only be viewed in Portrait mode. All other apps are viewed in landscape mode and rotate. My rotate setting is correct and i0s up to date. I tried turning the rotate setting and on but no change. This appears to have begun with the latest app update 6 days ago.

I love my credit union and have stuck with them since 2009. There’s plenty of locations and I can use any credit union to do my banking. It’s convenient when I’m shopping in the grocery stores.

Usually this app works for me pretty well. It’s a little clunky but stable. I’m wondering if there was a very recent update though because it’s not automatically doing Face ID anymore. It used to work but now it remembers my username but requires me to enter my password each time I access the app instead of doing Face ID. Bit annoying.
